Primary Roles / Tasks

1.  Receive all materials deliveries to the warehouse – expected to require 60-70% of your time
2.  Process materials
    • WH inventory: enter received items into system, print and apply ID labels, place on shelves, ensure items received matches packing slip
    • Job Specific materials for Estimator/Project Manager jobs: look up job number, enter what has been received, move to specified location in WH, notify project manager
3.  Start of Day: Use Material & Equipment System to help get employees out of the Shop
4.  Check in tools and equipment from technicians – determine if they need repair or replacement
5.  Restock material items used from Sewer Truck
6.  Check in kits returned from jobs – replenish as needed
7.  Serve as company driver as requested – taking materials to job sites, taking tools, small equipment to job sites, picking up materials and small equipment from job sites, permits, etc.
8.  Keep warehouse tidy and organized
9.  Conduct inventory of trucks 2 times a year and restock as needed
10.  Assist Warehouse Manager with tasks as requested

Work Policies

1.  Standard schedule 7 AM – 4 PM (with 1 hour lunch) Monday through Friday
2.  Hourly, full-time position
3.  Direct supervisor is Warehouse Manager

Requirements

1.  Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
2.  Must get a Class E driver’s license before starting
3.  Some paid overtime required
4.  Must pass a background check
5.  Must be drug-free and pass pre-employment drug screening

Compensation

1. Hourly pay: $18 to start, with the opportunity to earn more based on experience

2. $1,000 signing bonus to be paid after 6 months and meeting expectations

Qualifications

1.  High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
2.  2-3 years of warehouse experience preferred
3.  Able to operate or willing to learn how to operate powered industrial equipment
4.  Experience using operating system software
5.  Basic math skills required
6.  Must be able to perform all physical motions including bending, reaching, stretching, pushing carts, stand or walk for long periods or for entire shift often times over 8 hours and lifting as much as 100lbs or more
