Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
1. Answer customer requests via phone calls, email, website, or 3rd party property management companies
· Assist customers with scheduling plumbing services
· Enter job information into the computer system
2. Coordinate jobs
· Issue Purchase Orders for jobs (materials, equipment, etc.)
· Dispatch workmen and confirm next day service schedule
· Resolve Work in Process Issues, as needed
· Close-Out jobs with workmen
3. Prepare and send invoices for completed jobs
· Invoice Customers for completed jobs
· Submit invoices via customer processors
4. Additional responsibilities
· Prepare/complete lien waivers.
· Provide back-up to other team members as needed

Job Requirements:
· 40 hours per week
· Lift up to 50 pounds
· Available for overtime, if necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19 – $21 per hour

· Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
· 8-hour shift

Education:
High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
Customer service: at least 2-3 years (preferred)
Construction or related field (preferred)
License/Certification:
Driver’s License (Required)
