Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

· Answer phone to assist customers with scheduling plumbing services

· Enter job information into the computer system

· Issue Purchase Orders for jobs

· Dispatch workmen

· Resolve Work in Process Issues, as needed

· Close-Out/Invoice jobs with workmen

· Complete warranty billing for water heaters, Spire rebate questions/forms

· Match vendors deliver tickets/invoices – track missing delivery tickets, hand off to accounting

· Conduct additional accounting entry (invoices, etc.)

· Order/maintain office supplies

· Perform administrative duties as needed

· Receive Visitors and Office deliveries

· Provide back-up to other team members as needed

Job Requirements:

· 40 hours per week

· Lift up to 50 pounds

· Available for overtime, if necessary

· Valid drivers’ license

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

·Job Type: Full-time

·Hours: 7 AM – 4 PM ( 8-hour shift)

· Monday to Friday

Education:

High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

Customer service: at least 1 year (preferred)

Construction or related field (preferred)

License/Certification:

Driver’s License (Required)

Work Location: One location
